You have me thinking. Thanks for the good article. I love technology and benefits of technology, but at times I wonder about social media. The question in my mind right now is what are we hoping to get through social media? Business opportunities, a sell, answers to a problem, insights, friendships. And, how can we leverage social media to create value in each of these areas? If we could really answer these questions and figure out how to create true win/wins - then perhaps we'd stop spinning so much.

David

'The grammar is not there' gave me a good laugh after reading the sentence before it twice. So true.
